Ha! I'm glad I didn't buy Nokia again. I can't believe how idiotic the care center people can be!

I sent them my old Nokia hp cause the microphone went dead, and SPECIFICALLY told them not to touch the software in the hp...

Guess what>> THEY WIPED OUT MY ENTIRE PHONE'S MEMORY!!! WHICH INCLUDED ALL MY CONTACTS!!!

Conclusion >> These people either has no common sense or do not know how to follow instructions...

It was by chance that I bought Motorola actually... wanted to get Nokia's E51 but singtel didn't have the stock...

With a 2-yr contract, my new MotoRAZR2 v9, aka my Ferrari hp, cost S$149..
